Welcome to Zaraè Kamari. This online store is run by Aszarae Edwards (trading as Zaraè Kamari). Throughout this website, the words “we”, “us” and “our” refer directly to the Zaraè Kamari brand.
By browsing our site, utilizing our platform, or placing an order, you agree to follow the rules outlined below. Both you and our brand are mutually bound by these conditions, and you explicitly promise not to use our site in any harmful or unlawful manner. Please read these conditions over before you buy. If you do not agree to be bound by our studio rules, you should not purchase our garments or navigate this website.
1. MADE-TO-ORDER & LIMITED DROPS
We focus on a highly limited production model and do not mass-produce our clothing.
The Manual Process: Every single garment is made entirely to order by hand through careful manual labor.
Handmade Variations: Because each piece is constructed individually by hand using our precise patterns, the design and fit remain completely consistent. However, due to the nature of manual craftsmanship and the stitch-by-stitch process rather than machine assembly lines, minor variations can naturally occur. These subtle details do not change the garment, but reflect the authentic process of a handmade piece.
Digital Display & Yarn Colors: We make every effort to display the colors of our garments as accurately as possible on screen. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will perfectly match the physical item.
Production Limits: To protect the rare nature of our designs, we strictly limit our production to limited quantities per piece.
Website Lockout: Because our drops are highly limited, once a collection sells out, we may lock the website entirely until we are ready to open it for our next featured release.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because we buy materials specifically for you and put manual labor into every single order, we enforce a strict final sale policy.
Non-Refundable: All purchases are completely final and non-refundable.
No Size Exchanges: Because getting the right fit is entirely the customer’s responsibility, we do not offer size swaps, returns, or exchanges of any kind.
The 24-Hour Window: If you need to cancel or change your order, you must email us within 24 hours of your purchase. Once those 24 hours pass, your order is locked in, materials are secured, production begins, and it cannot be changed.
Faulty Items: On the rare occasion that an item arrives with a genuine craft defect, we will correct it. You must email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof. If we confirm a mistake was made on our end, we will gladly arrange a repair or replacement.
3. SIZING RESPONSIBILITY
Because everything is handmade specifically for your order, getting the right fit is entirely up to you. You are responsible for reviewing our size guides and choosing correctly before checking out. Once an item is completed to your order specifications, we cannot alter or remake it due to sizing errors made on your end.
4. PRICE & WEBSITE UPDATES
We reserve the right to change our prices or update the website at any time without warning. We can edit or stop selling any design whenever we choose. We are not responsible to you or anyone else if prices shift or if we update our site.
5. SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIMELINES
Studio Hours: Our studio operates exclusively from Monday to Friday. All production timelines and fulfillment windows are calculated strictly in business days, which excludes weekends and public holidays.
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will first receive an initial email confirming your purchase and notifying you that your piece has officially entered our production queue.
Tracking Email: Once your piece is fully crafted, passes our meticulous quality checks, and ships, you will receive a second email containing your official tracking number.
Customs: International buyers are fully responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local duties charged by your government.
Lost Mail: Our responsibility for the package ends once it has been handed over to our mail carrier. We cannot control or take responsibility for the parcel once it leaves our hands, meaning we aren't liable for unexpected postal delays or transit issues caused by the shipping system.
6. COPYRIGHT & DESIGN OWNERSHIP
All clothing designs, original patterns, pictures, text, and concepts displayed on this website are the sole creative property of Aszarae Edwards / Zaraè Kamari. Copying, replicating, or using our designs or images without our explicit permission is strictly forbidden.
7. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order to anyone, for any reason, at any time. If we choose to cancel an order after you have already paid for it, we will email you immediately and refund your money in full.
8. PROHIBITED USES & SITE HARMFULNESS
You are strictly prohibited from using this website or its content in any harmful, abusive, or unlawful way. By using this site, you agree that you will not:
Age Requirement: Access this site or buy any products if you are under the legal age required to make online purchases in your jurisdiction. By using this platform, you legally represent that you meet this age requirement.
Use the site to conduct any fraudulent activities or break local or international laws.
Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or anything else that could damage or disrupt the operations, security, or appearance of the website.
